TO REHABILIATED HISTORIC PROPERTIES

On the fourth day of April, 1995,
Greenville County Council adopted an ordinance (No. 2709) providing
for the granting of a special tax assessment
to rehabilitated historic properties as set forth in Section 4-9-195,
Code of Laws of South Carolina. Below you will find a description
of the special tax assessment as described by South Carolina Department
of Archives and History State Historic Preservation Office. For
